There is no 'best' Mike, too many factors and variables to say 'xxxx'is cheapest. It's best to first of all try gocompare/confused/moneysupermarket.com and then try a specialist broker like AJ Manning, who have always give me a quote that I am happy with, and good service too. A manning:-01491 578759, they give preferential rates for TVRCC members and those with experience of performance cars - sounds like you huh smile

Am 24 now, but 23 when I took my policy out, Hagerty were excellent for me, not sure if I tried Mannings though.

Spoke to haggerty and they will now only cover over 30's on a TVR!

Although im very happy as adrian flux have come up with a very good quote. £1290 for the year fully comp! Very pleased with that.

A-Plan were good for my Cerb, probably worth a go.

ETA - I was 27/28 when I had it though.

Mike,

Where are you insuring it, Basra? £1300 is quite a lot. Try Admiral. I've been shopping for some insurance quotes and they come back quite well, circa £700 @ 7K/yr /w/ 7 years NC - I'm 27. If you put a 'mature woman' on as a 2nd driver you'll save around £120 odd (£820 without my mummy!).

EDIT: Ah, if you are <25 that does make things a bit more tricky, but do try admiral.

try footman james, im 27 and have paid 400 quid for the year fully comp which included breakdown cover and wasnt using any no claims as all of mine are tied up in another car. was limited mileage to 3000 a year though. thats for me and my 28 year old girlfriend which i thought was very reasonable!!
