I'm properly broke at the moment, but there's a couple of bits i'm desperate for, and will have the money next month.

Give him a ring to discuss, but as I understand it, he's trying to separate out the sales side with the service side to keep his accounting simpler than it was.

He does have a new unit up and running on the same estate as his old place, so while the details might be a bit different, it's basically business as usual from now on.

I see the e-mail address and Ebay user ID are both jooTVR, is this a new company name then?

AFAIK he's going down the sole trader route now, so you can call the "company" anything you like
