I fitted some ACT stainless steel water pipes.....I have the cuts and bruises to prove it, the backs of my legs are killing me! Thought it wasn't going to be fun and was right, although getting the temperature gauge sender bulb out without breaking it was a small moment of joy.
I have the pipes in place, just have to tighten all the hose clips and refit one of the upper water rails to see if I can stop that seeping. Will I be ok to drive it for a bit without the front cover panel, while I check that it is all watertight?

Mke sure you check all the hoses are away from the chassis. The pipe the comes from the top of the thermostat and goes to the radiator on my system rubbed the chassis a little so a strapped another bit of silicone hose around it to protect the pipe.
Also one of the hoses from the cab heater was very close to the left hand engine mount.
I spent 10 hours on my back with a drill and wire wheel removing rust and flakey powder coating from the chassis, then another hour or so removing rust from my eyes, belly button, bum crack etc 
On the plus side, the chassis is in great nick with only surface rust in the usual places and half of the chassis is now ready to be painted

Hey Storer - Mine was the Yellow Cerb parked next to the camper van just at the edge of the field near the bridge. I did not see any other Cerbs - Where were you hiding ?
I did not know the GTS were racing, so a bit of a bonus. What happened to the Cerb ? After a slow start he seemed to get his finger out and then pitted ?? Shame ...

I was parked towards the buildings in the middle of the circuit as was a another Cerb. I saw your car on my way out.
The APM Racing Cerbera was punted off on the first lap by a Porsche but managed to rejoin and later on had a loss of electrics (John thinks he hit the kill switch going over the kerbs at the beginning of the start finish straight). All-in-all a cr*p weekend for them. Snetterton seems to be jinxed as they have never had much luck there.
