Raceproved have previously done refurbs with roller bearings and double lip seals to prevent leakage issues, might be worth a call to them to see if they're still offering the service.

A big difference in air flow through one throttle at idle.

Is it not possible to increase (and level) the flows by replacing the Butterfly retaining screws with ones containing a through diameter ? scratchchin

The throttle in question is flowing twice that of the others and has plain undrilled screws.

Have you tried swapping the butterflies around between the individual throttle inlets? If you have an early car with alloy butterflies you can sometimes bend these gently to reduce the airflow .. i've done this with some success in the past. Be careful though!

I did say be careful bending them hehe actually unless you're a complete hamfisted halfwit it's fine smile
