very easy to replace, takes 5 minutes.

under car, drivers side of the block just above sump on the side you will see a series of pumps in line with eachother, along there she will be, i have done mine and was shocked at how easy it was but for some reason i cannot remember where it exactly is as ive slept since then.

I doubt the spring has snapped though. mine was about 20psi on warm idel and about 55/60 on cold idle. when i removed the spring it was intact, it had just lost its "spingyness" compared to the new one.

Search for relief spring using the advanced search and tvr cerbera sectiona and there is a thread with photos. all the best

Had a new spring fitted about a month ago. Oil pressure now 15psi higher than with the old one. An annual job if you ask me.

Have mine done twice a year

@ 6k
@ 12k

Always a marked difference in pressure - hot/cold idle - afterward

Mine snapped and unfortunetely caused loss of oil flow to the top of the engine but 8k later!... it runs fine & also pressure runs loads higher than before it snapped.
I would defo recommend changing regularly as previous posts.
I watch oil pressure like a hawk now!
