Anyone elso had this? The right hand indicator won't function if I just try to indicate right, but sometimes does if I indicate left first, then indicate right????

I had no indicators sometimes, a quick dab of hazards button and back to life. Andy at APM sorted it for me albeit it took some finding.

Thanks for quick reply - I tried the hazzards - they worked OK, but didn't seem to bring the RH indicator back to life....

I had the same problem. 85% of the time the left signal didn't work. Sometimes activating the hazard lights would cure it. Eventually, I adjusted the steering wheel height (up I think) in order to better see the indicator tell tale on the dash and have not had the problem once since! I can only assume that moving the wheel released tension on the ribbon cable or freed it if it was trapped?

Is the slot in the indicator cancelling disc in the right place (it should be in the middle)?

It's located on the underisde of the steering column.

If it's out of position it could be the cause of your trouble.

Worth a look and it's an easy item to fix (just turn it by hand).

Thanks, I'll have a look this evening.
What does it look like?
What direction should the slot be pointing? (i.e. towards the front of the car?)
