Brake Pads

Hi all.

Seen some past threads, but I have a couple of questions.

What make does every one use, where's the best place to get some, and how much. I need to change the front ones on mine, and at the same time, hopefully it will stop squealing.

I've not changed them on the Cerb yet, but personally I've always been a fan of the Pagid RS42 and the Mintex 1155. The Mintexes are very dusty and squealy though.

Despite having tried them several times, personally I'm not a fan of EBCs at all.

i use the mintex 1144's and find them fine. I thought the 1155 was really just a track pad? EBC green stuff are apparently quite heavy on disc wear not sure about the red stuff.

1155s are fine on the road on heavier cars. My Impreza was around 1250kg and the 1155s were great. I guess the Cerb's about 100kg lighter, so I don't know how good they'd be.

I've got Mintex 1292/1144 road pads on mine.

I previously had EBC Green Stuff pads, and can confirm that they eat discs. (Or, at least they did on mine).

It seams that Mintex are the prefered choice. Where is the best place to get them?
