Wipers and washer spray not working?

Hi all, further to my other enquiries Im having probs still. My wipers and washers have stopped? I've checked the fuse but Im still confused as to what to check next? Is there a unit that controls it all? The horn and flasher unit on the steering wheel still work fine.

Hi !

You have a controlbox at the steering column which is connected to the ribbon cable via some circuit boards under the steering column.
I do not think it is the controlbox, I think it is the ribboncable at the steering wheel.

From what I've seen so far there is a control box in the steering column that produces the wash, speed 1, speed 2 output signals from the starring wheel button inputs. (Intermittent is pulses on the speed 1 signal.)

These three signals enter the wiper control box in the passenger foot well and are beefed up to high current supplies via the relays. These high current drives then go directly to the wiper motor.
