I've looked into this with great detail and never found a cheaper source than the ones supplied by TVR Power. I never found which Ford they were from but bet they are off an american ford?

Maybe a mondeo according to my last googlefest on the subject.

I also found a source for contactless electronic versions (should last forever) but they were about 120 quid each iirc.

Google images for "mondeo throttle pot" leads to some pictures of a similar lookig one (where some guy claims to have used a tp from a mondeo). Hardly conclusive, but it was all I could unearth.

That's over £53.00 each including p&p.
The white throttle pots suitable for the 4.2 (TVR part No. E1586) come in at £27.60 each including vat from TVR Power.
The blue ones for the 4.5 (TVR part No. E2936) are £46.00 including vat from the same place.

Or are you only looking for more information on these items?

Regards
Simon
