Passenger side window is stuck at the 'halfway down' position. Swapped the fuses, disconnected the control box, opened up the control box and Araldited the connectors back to the case as they'd come adrift, still nothing. When I push the up and down buttons I can hear a relay in the boot going, but the window doesn't move up or down.

Fitted some PIAA wiper blades and they don't fit that well. End of the wiper arm seems to foul on the blade, meaning that one end is on the windscreen and the other end is about half an inch clear. Managed to partially solve that by turning the driver's side one upside down (they seem to be asymmetric). Will have to see what happens when it's raining next.

Now I've found a flood in the driver's footwell. Must have been happening for a while as the backing of the driver's floor mat has disintegrated.

Car's now sitting in the garage drying out. I'm hoping the window problem solves itself.

Regarding the windows.
There is a small magnet at the base of the doorframe. if that has fallen out the contact isnt made, the door thinks it is open still, and the window wont shut properly.

Also, noticed this from tvrfreak.com

In terms of not winding all the way to the top, there's a little bolt and locknut at the top of the inside of the door that limits travel. I had to adjust mine to get the windows closing tight enough. Just needs inner door panel removed (1/2 dozen Allen bolts)

Hope this helps

Thanks, but it's worse than that. It won't go up or down, so I think it's stuffed somewhere.

Is it jammed inside somewhere?

Tried pulling it while holding down the button, but no joy. Time for a return to the dealer, I think.

Window fixed at Offord's today in double-quick time. Something was shorted in the gubbins inside the door (I forget what). Now I know how to get the door trim off I'll be able to look at it myself next time. They fixed the leaks while they were at it.

Wipers work great (even though I had to put one on upside down) -- they coat the windscreen with silicone Rain-X type stuff which means you hardly need them on above 60mph.
