Just as the title says really. Im in need of a new clutch and slave cylinder (its started leaking) and wondered where best to go and which version to go for.

As far as i can see Clever Trevor and TVR Power do the same kits and Raceproved do there own version with an 'Improved' slave cylinder.

What experience have you guys and gals had with either? Does the new race proved slave cylinder really solve the premature leaking problems?

Thanks

I'm interested in this as well. OEM slaves last me 1 year on average over 4 yrs. RG are also looking into upgraded slave seals, but they're a few months away.

Take it out and see what it's like with no damage to the metal components then 4 new screws and a set of seals sound be fine.

There's no point in replacing something that's not broken.

I see what you mean Gazzab, the Clever Trevor website stock both versions (theirs and AP).

It says in the description that the Raceproved slave has double seals, but hows it fair in real world conditions? I supposed it may be too new for anyone to have tried one for any length of time??

Mines now got a Raceproved Slave in it with their special seals and I have had a Raceproved Diaphragm fitted to the clutch while it was all in bits.
