Steering Wheel Refurbishment??????

My steering wheel is looking very worn/tatty and was wonder if they can be refurbed, or maybe get a new one? Any ideas guys?!

Costs about £125 to get done, i got a good one from the breakers.

ETA the later ones are a little chunkier and less flexible.
