My car is stone chipped badly also has lots of little scratches and a few marks on the door where car doors have been opened onto it. I would like a full respray but have no idea how much it is likely to cost and does anybody know of someone in the shropshire/west mids area that they can recomend. It is currently moonraker black and I would like to keep it that colour if possible.
Thanks in advance for any advice given

I can thoroughly recommend a chap at Fromes Hill in Herefordshire who has done all of my paintwork for the last 3 years, including a full respray (black) on an E-type and bits and pieces on a BMW, Porsche and Elise that I have also had over that time. His work has always been of the highest standard and the prices very fair - representitive of the work done not the badge on the front of the car as is so often the case...

He knows TVRs having helped the company during the development of the chromaflair paints and will be gettign my Cerb for a front end respray as soon as I've put the engine back in it!

I don't know what he'd charge for a full respray, the work on my E-type included lots of panel work, welding etc, etc so wasn't just a respray. However, it came in at under £2k. I reckon that half that would be very reasonable for a full respray but best to give him a call for a chat.

I've sent you a PM with his contact details.

There's also Cetral TVR in Stourbridge.

Both worth a call for a quote.

I'm sure Ted won't mind me posting his mobile for work purposes!

It's 07974 435444. Just tell him James gave it to you.

Try Ryan at SP Automotive in Chester, http://www.spautomotive.co.uk/. He did a great job on my Tuscan, let him know I recommended him and it will be £2400 for a full respray plus the cost of the paint.

Went to see Ted at Fromes Hill. Nice bloke to deal with. Gave me a good price for the work. Will put up photos as the work is being done.

I need mine painting too, I'm in Newbury so pretty central to lots of painters but I also need my Sp6 front light pods fitting and blending in.
Any phone numbers/prices?

Give Ted a ring, he's a decent chap and will give you a first class job for a fair price: 07974 435444.

A few Cerbs are going to him now (including mine) so he's becoming a bit of an expert!

He's about an hour and 40 from Newbury.

Definitely give SP AUTOMOTIVE a call!

and check out there website www.spautomotive.co.uk and have a look at the gallery!!

Ryan's repair work is second to none, I don't know how the hell he has repaired the things he does and makes a lot of his moulds etc... in house.

And more to the point he is very cheap for the level of work he does!

he looked after my cerb when I had it and can't fault him.

and he is in Tattenhall (between Wrexham and Chester) so not too far away!

Looking forward to seeing the pictures.... I'm tempted to have mine resprayed as well, I love the last cerb off white colour cloud9
Would you mind PM'ing me the price he quoted?
