Following on from another thread, how many will have their Cerbera with them at Le Mans?

So far we have Rocket, Arcbeer and myself - Anyone
else planning to make the trip in theirs?

Go create some weather...

I'm considering going, but this will be my first time so i am a bit wet behind the ears.

Whats the best way to arrange it, eg places to stay, tickets, route etc?

Might depend on the budget?

I think all the main camp sites are already fully booked (you may get something through a package deal?)

Routes might depend on how much driving you want to
do IE from Calais or Le Harve.

Race tickets can be bought even enroute, Grandstand
tickets if required are selling fast now.

Channel costs may depend on days of travel.
This thread will help for that:-

I've not been for a few years, but if I can help, let me know.

I'm thinking about it but bit of a trek from Glasgow ! - I'll be there one way or the other - wonder if the toilet in the pub at Tetre Rouge passed the health and safety inspection this year ?

I'll be there, along with both my brothers (Cerb 4.2, T350) and the rest of the Garage Vert Donut Gang (another T350, Tuscan S, AC Cobra, and another Cerb as long as Scotty (all black) pulls his finger and his cheque book out).

We'll be there from Wednesday evening this year, on the Bugatti circuit behind the Dunlop bridge. And we won't be leaving until we've whooped the French in the footie on the Sunday!!

Pop by for a beer, and a bit of tyre smoke if Miles has had enough beer by then!

cheers

Cool.

Is the car sorted now? Saw it looking very sorry for
itself at Joolz's a month a go?

Yep, its back!! Seems louder, meaner, faster and sexier than before I guess thats what happens when you dont see them for a while and then once re-united its freshly serviced and ready to race the horizon...

Did Joolz tell you the full "why" of it being in that state???

Anyway, the back is looking better than ever, which unfortunately means the fronts being shown up badly... Next winter will see the rest of the respray/ S12 light conversion to sort that.
