suspension geo set up.

A question for you fast road/trackday drivers. Does anyone have the values of a good suspension geo set up for the Cerb. I know it can be down to individual choice and driving styles but does anyone have the details of a set up that works well as a starting point. It has nitrons and toyo proxes fitted at the moment. The car is to be used on the road and track. How good are the original factory TVR spec's?
