I tried my nipper in the back tonight on a booster seat, he's 17mths old and was a bit wobbly! even kept on strangling my wife by pulling her seat belt. has anyone come up with a good solution for baby carrying, cant afford too much at mo as just bought the car this weekend.

Not much consolation now but my 3-year old sits happily in the back without any extra seat, just using one of those seatbelt adjuster things you can get from Mothercare.

For younger kids, check out this thread and the others it points to -

Go to top of page and put pointer onto LINKS...a drop down will appear. Move pointer to CLASSIFIEDS and you will then link through to classifieds. I think the seat is in the second section down, under heading TVR.(parts and accessories)
Top of page 6...grey..£100

IIRC the support bar is about £55. We were missing it when we bought the second-hand seat (despite the ad saying the assembly was complete... charming!), and Fernhurst were able to source the bar and get it couriered over in time to fit the seat the same day. Top service from those fellas!

Julesby, glad to hear of someone else getting strangled in the front seat. This is one of SBaby's favourite tricks, too! Haven't found a solution yet though...
