Can't access PC and PH Mobile hasn't got the search function so can't search on phone.

Has anyone got an emailable buyers guide?

Going to have look at a sp6 this afternoon and wanted a checklist before I get all excited and forget to look at the important bits. Will be getting full inspection if it seems ok!

Thanks
Paul

Chassis condition - they can rust quite badly, but not all of them.

Electrics - check they work (today at least)...

And - the S6 engine - I have no experience of these things at all but would suggest that a careful inspection by someone who knows them would be advisable.

Good luck!

Thanks Jim,
Got access to PC now, but search function is down/being updated.
Had a Cerb & a Tuscan a few years ago and wouldn't normally have gone for a S6, but there's a story behind this particular car!
(Will post details once I have been to see her)
Thanks

Did I see your 911 Turbo in the classifieds a few months ago? Did you sell it?

Good Spot

I did advertise my 911 on here for a while assuming it was my car you saw (pic on my profile).
I listed it 2-3 times but kept getting dealers offering stupidly low money (£15k was one offer)
I didn't get one genuine buyer come and see the car!!!

Advertised on auto@rader and got 4 genuine enquiries in first day.
The first guy who actually came to see it bought it, so it's now flyin round London somewhere!
For £25k he got one hell of a car - it really was well loved!

Really was a great car and having used it daily for 5yrs would highly recommend - I just needed to raise money to kick off a new venture (e-ppl.co.uk) which has now started incredibly well.

Miss having a fast toy tho, hence looking to find another now back in a position to.

Cheers, Paul

I remember the ad. I was going to call to come take a look but was a little far from home and I couldn't resist the pull of another tvr.

Have been looking at V8 Vantages as it happens, but saw a Cerb come up that I had a deposit on 8 yes ago, but garage went bust the day before I picked it up .... So couldn't help going to take a look today.

TVRs do have a pull to them don't they, but wondering if the niggles will annoy me having become acustomed to Porsche reliability and those 420 horses punching me in the back.
