I finally got my hands on my new Cerbera on Friday afternoon.
I was a little sad to see the luxurious and easy ride of the S Type go, but that was soon forgotten the moment I pressed that start button !!
Filled her up on Friday afternoon, and had to fill her up again today, after the most enjoyable 200 miles I have ever driven.
All my mates and neighbours want to be taken out, and to me it's just an excuse to drive her some more.
WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG !?!?!

Few questions again though guys ....

1. Radio reception is crap .... as I have seen mentioned before. Has anyone fitted one of these booster things, and how much better is it ?!
2. Stereo & speakers are ok, but need a CD player sharpish. Where's the best place to locate a changer, and any other useful info, or suggestions would be appreciated.
3. Anyone know any good audio places in the Midlands (Cov area) ??

I know that the stereo is not the reason you buy one of these, but you have to have something to listen to, when it's raining and the window is closed !!

Oh and one final thing .... had fun with a 911 Turbo earlier .... don't think he expected anyone to be having a sunday run ... up his arse !!!

The best place for a CD changer is on the shelf above the fuel tank in the boot. I trust you've already looked behind the carpet to check for a changer

I have a changer, but TBH it doesn't get used. I'm happy listening to the mechanical music

Got excited that there might be a changer behind the carpet .... unfortunately not.
There are 3 black boxes though ....
What are they, and can they be moved to fit a changer there ??

Black boxes are electronics modules for doors, ignition, etc. Should just be velcroed and can be moved along, I have CD changer in the middle and three boxes each side.

Cheers, Al.

You may also wish to check the connectors on all the boxes - we have completely re-wired them all (dads a leccytrition) since they were simply not up to the job. Ours burnt out causing a loss of headlights on a dual carraigeway at night - fun, NOT.

Still, with the amount of mods like that which have been done to our car, it must be the most sorted (electrics wise atleast) example out there

Modwise do an amplifier for the radio reception. Few on here have said it does work.
