Evening all,

Well to start with my wipers kept getting slower and slower till the stopped working, I'd give em a nudge and they'd start again so I bought a new park switch (Racing green TVR have loads of em for cheaper than ebay!) I've just fitted it and still no wipers, checked the mirrors which are on the same fuse and they didn't work either so I changed the fuse which maybe I should have done before changing the park switch!lol.

Anyway, now the wipers work, but wont turn off? Any ideas?

My main beams don't work either if anyones got any ideas on that too?

Cheers all,

Andy

Try resetting the control box under the dash,

Check the ribbon cable for kinks or tears.

Finally as it was on mine the wires connecting the switches on the steering wheel were shorting out. Take off steering wheel check condition on the wires and the solder connections.

Are they soldered?

I thought there were just a push-fit connection.

Looks like I'm going to be ripping it apart again.

Oh, and I meant to say to try unplugging the box under the dash as well.

Mine were soldered onto the connections in the steering wheel hub.
