That'll get your oil nice and warm before you get on track About 100 miles for me. If it was any shorter, I'd probably go the long way to make sure the car was warmed up properly .

Not a passenger this time, (Too much hassle at Cadwell) I stuck my Action Cam on the windscreen (£60 ebay special).
