Wiper Problem

had a search and cant seem to find anything really.

When i leave my cerb a week without using it... Its been fairly wet and when i take it for a ride at weekend... i turn the wipers on and i cant get them tpo go off or go intermitant.... But once the engine is warm the problem goes away.... Im thinking the wiper park switch is getting moisture in it somehow... it will be fine all weekend know!!!

New Park switch or can moisture in the plug make it play games.

I changed my wiper park switch a few months back, and seem to remember the rubber water protective covers that go over the conection terminals had split, maybe thats what is causing the fault (moisture).
