HELP!!!

Hi all, unpluged my door/window control unit and I didn't take a picture of which way the plugs went so I'm pretty stuck. There used to be a photo on here but now I need it, I can't find it. could anyone do me the honours of putting a pic up, and also of the box next to it with 6 spade connectors on it so i don't mix them up too!
