Hi
One of the lugs on the rear demister has come off soooooo if anyone else has had the same prob what do you use to stick it back on with,as it will have to metel to metel contact I take it

Halfords do a repair kit for Heated screens for a few quid.

I would be interested to know how you get on with this. This has been a recurring problem on my Cerb for the last nine years and I still haven't found a permanent fix.

I repaired this on an old E30 M3 a few years back, same sort of kit as Halfrauds do I expect, think I bought it from Frost. Its just like a mettalic glue I think, you just have to be gentle when pushing the spade connector back on if it has one.

It is a sort of metal glue, but doesn't always work. Unfortunately, you have to replace the whole screen if it doesn't, as I did a couple of years ago...


...and then promptly broke it while cleaning again!

Get a hat with a long pole to the rear with a sponge affixed, look left, look right, look up, look down...screen clear.

I always use my wing mirrors in my big builders white van too,

New rear screen!!!! how much are they, Ill see what I can do, trying too repairing it over the crimbo hols,

In my 7 years of Cerb ownership my wife has never driven it. She drove the Chimp (even taking it for a drive without asking). She finds intimidating, not the speed but the pillar box position etc...
