Bulb replacement

Hi guys

After finding out how shocking the headlamps were on a wet drive home yesterday, I ordered up some of Ring's new "Xenon Max + 100%" bulbs.

I am going to fit them this week I just had a quick question. If I put the car on full lock, will I be able to access the panel in the wheel arch to change the bulbs or is it a wheel off job?
