What has happened to all of the newer Cerbs?

Whilst looking through the classifieds, both on here and elsewhere, and having had a good look through the 'members cars' section there seems to be very few 2000 onwards cerbs around.

Does anyone have any figures for how many cerbs have been produced and registered in the UK since launch to date?

Probably something to do with the owners either keeping them because they're fully sorted cars or they get p/x at dealers and not sold privately.

I can't remember where I saw this (probably on pistonheads somewhere) but I thought it was mentioned there were under 1000 ever made.

Might be complete b@llocks though !

In this month's Evo it says that TVR sold 1000 cars last year, which was about half the number sold in 1999 when the lineup was Griff, Chimp, Cerb.
