Flat Battery - cant get in

Hi all, Ive been off skiing, now Fluffys battery is flat and she wont let me in, can someone please mail me the secret method of opening the door? Whats worse I dislocated my shoulder on the last day of the holiday, and the Docs say I cant move the shoulder for 3 weeks at least!, No driving for 3 weeks - torture!

i've had that before with PH, it takes a while sometimes, I haven't had the copy so I guess its in the system....maybe Ted need to do the 4 second reset on the server
