How do you get the cushions out without breaking them,i need access to the floor

They are bolted through the body.
IIRC 3 accessible via the wheel arch for the backrest and 2 from underneath for the bottom cushion

2 nuts underneath, they can be undone without jacking the car. the problem is removing the cushion, they are really well wedged in and there is some silicone holding them down so will need a good tug. then the really hard bit is putting them back in, as you have to push it in at an angle which means the bolts won't line up with the holes, its a fking nightmare!!
