bleeding clutch / clutch bleeding

Hi
Iv put in a new clutch, slave,flywheel. and I cant get much feeling from the pedal. it did release for a while then went soft. Are they just hard to bleed or something still wrong..

Where did you put the ports? Twelve thirty or quater to three?
