Have been having the oil light coming on, but the oil pressure is still normall at 48/50 psi.Would I be right that the switch is under the rear coil pack,if so is it just move coil pack to one side to get to switch, or is it more involved.

you might be able to do it that way,, but i took all the fuel rail off when i did mine, it just made it alot easier to get to it

Yep as easy as that providing:

The captive nuts holding the coil packs in are still tight and you can get the bolts off.

You have a deep 1" odd socket to go over the switch and the terminal

You can find a replacement switch

For me it was fuel rail etc out and a rebuild of the coil pack and "big fuse" holding plates as the captive nuts span and I had to remove the unit as an Assy.
