It's based on a Range Rover rad, but has a different core. A good Radiator refurb place will be able re-core it for £130 ish.
It varies, 1 - 0.75 Kg. Don't get it re-gassed at somewhere like Kwick fit, a good Air con specialist will know exactly how much to put in.

Just looked and you are not based in the NE but just had my Cerb 4.2 radiator refurbished by a well known, very well thought of local company (Advanced radiators - http://www.adrad.co.uk/) - cost was £200 (inc VAT). Sure you will be able to find someone more local! It varies, 1 - 0.75 Kg. Don't get it re-gassed at somewhere like Kwick fit, a good Air con specialist will know exactly how much to put in.

The receipt had written on 'Land rover refurb' so I think the standard Cerb radiator is a land rover/rover item but not sure if the fixing brakets, etc are the same?
My research showed alloy rads @ approx. £500, new standard rads @ £350 ish and to get the existing one refurbed was £200 - no brainer really as the mine now looks as good as new (and will presumably work like new too).
TVR parts shop have a reduced price radiator offer of £279 (from £350) but its for later cars...not sure which model your Cerb is..? http://www.racetechdirect.co.uk/tvr-car-parts-subs...
If you want a new one it might be worth giving them a call?
Hope you get sorted.
