I know the guy who repaired the car and saw it then, last year. And because I spoke to the prsent owner a few weeks ago and realised it was the same car.

Although the time of year can affect the prices of cars i still think that the car is around £5000 under a forecourt price.....guess thats reflected if its a cat C or D repair...

Once you've had to SELL a TVR rather than buy one, you realise the real market value. Dealers add a £3-5k premium. ALWAYS haggle hard.

No I don't want to change but just couldn't believe that a 4.5LW was so cheap!

Hi All...

This is my advert... I have had to re-list due to timewasters. The car was vandalised in 2001 (by fire). It was on the register as damaged but repairable ,but has since been taken off the register after passing an AutoLign inspection ..so although it has technically been written off, the chassis has never been crashed.

The first to offer me 24K will get...

As long as it's no longer on HPI

Unfortunately it will always show on HPi, what it will say however is that it has been passed as clear.

If I was in the market for one I'd have it like a shot, very smart looking car - and yes, those dials & dash, nice touch sir!

The reason I am selling is because I am getting a company car and unfortunately I can't afford to have both!

As much as i'd love another TVR....part-ex is out of the question at the moment. I think I'm going to save up over the next year and buy a red rose for the summer!

Hmmmmm I smell mackerel.

Think you should have taken my offer of a (totally 'straight') Chim and cash.

:clang:

Offer withdrawn.
