TVR AJP8 servicing and support

I am seriously thinking about seeking out a Cerbera 4.2 as the "bang per buck" to use that cliched phrase seems unrivaled. One thing that worries me is the parts and servicing for the engine in the long term now that TVR has been brought to is knees by Russian asset strippers. This Al Melling engine must need bespoke off the shelf parts and I was wondering what availability is like?

Everything is available, however, obviously not that cheap.
