Thought this would of been snapped up by now, looks a good car with an interesting history, or is it too much of a prototype with non production parts which may be a bh to find/replace

Erm...that is cheap for a 450 + the TVR history..

.may have a point with the fact that she is a stand alone jobbie..BUT . it could be sorted.

.the interior needs some love...my good lady just pointed this out, the wear on the passenger seat, plus carpets would need to come out., no lower cowl in he engine bay ( unless removed?), screen wash reservior in a different position too..plus some extra cross members.....but so what this is history...and a proper car..

I suspect what is putting people off, is lack of paperwork.

As a development car for a number of years, it's unlikely to have any servicing records, as why would they bother writing up a bit of paper for themselves?

I looked at that one but was put off by the 'experimental' nature of the car. I may have lost out, but I preferred to gamble by not buying it. There could be a problem with sourcing parts and setting up the engine with the changes. I'm happy to have spent a bit extra on mine!

Nothing wrong in owing a prototype or having a TVR owned car, true there is no service history but the cars were very, very, very well looked after - they had to be.

Non-standard parts, meh...if they break, just replace, most places can figure out what they came off/from and any they can't - then you just have to suck it and replace with standard part.

Setting up the engine..? its a 4.5...TVR Power are more than capable.

The thing is, although We all love the Cerbera, there are only about 1000 people in the wholey widey worldy who are actually mad enough to buy one. So to buy a non-standard Cerb, a prospective buyer needs to be slightly more insane than we are.
It's a car that IF, I had a spare £10k burning a hole in my pocket, I would buy simply because it's an intersting Cerb for a real enthusiast to own.
