Charging Battery but doors wont open - any suggestions

I have just replaced the big fuse, it was broken into 3 bits. Now i am charging the battery but want to get the car running. Problem is i cant open the doors. Will these just activate along with the key fob when the battery is charged enough or is there something that i need to do?

Also if i need to get in the secret way could someone please message me where the button is to get in the boot. When i bought the car the seller showed me but i seem to have forgotten.
