How to Book:
This is not a centrally organised event; peeps just book their own stuff and can obviously change any aspect of the trip they like.
Ferry: www.norfolkline.co.uk, out 2nd 08:00, return 5th 20:01.
Trackday: call Circuit Days (01302 743827) and quote discount code "Gary" for £225 price (normally £249).
Hotel: Use Expedia, check in 2nd, check out 5th. Typical price for the Blu Palace is ~£210.
Bit quiet on the old cerb forum of late so thought I'd kick this one off. It's John's turn this year but he's less reliable than an early speed6...
At the RR session we talked about the first week of October, out to Spa on the Saturday (2nd I think) and back on the Tuesday. There's some racing to watch that weekend and we can attempt to emulate them on the Monday trackday. That's about all we discussed, apart from how slow Ian's car still is. Sound about right TC?
Sat 2nd Oct 2010: Drive/convoy down to Dover for the 8am sailing on Norfolk Lines ferry to Dunkerque
Most are staying at the Radisson Blu Palace hotel in Spa
Sun 3rd Oct 2010: free day to watch the GT Cup racing
Mon 4th Oct 2010: Spa Francorchamps trackday (or just watch).
Tue 5th Oct 2010: Option of another trackday. One day is enough for most of us!
Head home on the ferry - most of us are on the 20:01 ferry, so plenty
of time to have a drive and stop for lunch on the way.

Hotel wise can I make a suggestion for the new Radisson thing that was in town, Spa Blu Palace. Looked nice and was quite big so will accommodate us - other two we have used up the hill were nice but out of town, as we are there 3 nights it gives us more options than being stuck in the hotel or the faff of sorting out transport - of course last years was in town which was good, but was a bit shoite when it came to kicking us out when they decided they were now a restaurant!!
