You can get a brand new Sag for not much more. I think nearer £30K is the right money.

Even after 10-15 years that is still one fine looking motor veehickle. I think I would rather buy one for 15 grand and spend another 20 grand on it. More fun that way. But if the last Griff is worth £40k then the last Cerb is probably worth something similar. Lovely colour.

In general. Original Autocar test was 1996/7. If I remember correctly, Autocar said you'll need an XJ220 to go faster. And it looked so much better than anything else. Brilliant car.

Still has a very special place in my car owning memory!

Agree with the above though. I bought it for less than £40k when it had done about 500miles. I sold it for about £30k to a dealer, who in turn sold it to someone for about £35k ish IIRC.

Good luck to the guy though, if he gets want he wants then he hasn't done too badly at all. And if it is like when I had it, the new owner will be well chuffed with it at pretty much any price.

Yeah, why not a red rose engine, yes it's the last. But I wouldve gad all the bells and whistles. Have you had it on the dyno? Purely for interest really, not mines bigger than yours as it sometimes turns out here.
