6 ft 5in driver, and a 4 year and 18 month old kid

Hi,

I have got quite used to ramming myself into wedges, got two and Lotus Esprits, looking for Cerbera so i can take my kids out as well.

What is the space like, and is anyone living or around Marlborough Wiltshire so I can have a 5 min sit in, there are not many for sale that local to drag my kids over to before I purchase.

6ft 5 will just about fit I think. On the later seats you can remove the seat 'squab' to give yourself a couple of inches.
You will have virtually no room behind you though. So I guess that any kid over 2 might be a struggle - they will be in a recaro with legs pointing fwd, as soon as the legs are getting longer then it will be a prob. The passenger side rear is fine particularly with the seat moved forward.
As you say you need to try one out. You ought to try a lightweight model with the Tuscan style seats with removable squab though I think!?

my oppo fits the passenger side ok (6 6"). the 4 year old will be ok in the rear\pass side seat, probably without a booster seat, these seats are small! 18 month old will be ok behind you until it grows abit.I,ve an older cerb too. happy hunting. steve.

I'm 6ft 5 and I fit in mine fine...
The main problems are forward vision (just set the seat back a bit and the problem goes away) and trying to to clip the edge of brake pedal/loud pedal with the edge of your shoes

Mines a 1996 and im 6'7", fits me very comfortably and i have the seat 1 click from fully back!

When you say go out with the kids do you mean 3 up, if so then will be more than fine - kids can adopt passenger side, one up front pulled forward which will give loads of rear legroom for a child in a Recaro in the rear. If you mean 4 up with kids in rear it gets a fair bit tighter, we do it but I'm only about 6' so my seat can come quite fwd giving room behind for a sprog (easier in fact out of a seat as the legs aren't pushed forward by the seat base and can go straight down onto the floor - I have used the rear seats without a booster/child seat from when my son was about 5, just used a seat belt adjuster to make sure belt is in right position - they are little more than child seat in size/shape anyway).

It will be 3 / 4 up, i have two wedges, a few Esprit, Lancia Montecarlos and EVO,s but they are either 2 seats, or LHD so misses will not go in it / does not like the kids in it.

Cerbera at least gives me options, so i will try and find a local one and have a sit in it.
