Cerbera 4,5 revolution counter

does anybody know what that can be. If I accelerate then rev. counter is flipping from 3000 to the end and back or it fells back to 0. Or when I turn the light on the rev. counter fells down to 0.

As above...
It is a 100 amp fuse. Located behind the engine in a little black box. It is the fuse from the alternator. It is easy to change.
