Following on form Pied Piper's topic called Whoops, i thought i'd post up a few pictures for you all to show you what i've been up to over the last week. But, before i do i'd like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to (and in no particular order), Dad, Noisy, my very good friend Paul Costa - for the loan of the garage for the week (you sir are an absolute legend !!!!) & Joe. Without your help guys i couldn't have done it without you!

Noisy's a good chap. Poor guy seems to be always taking someones car apart.

Have to say though, I'm not sure I would have attempted that without a lift!

What did you do with the old engine .

What did you do with the old engine .

To be honest Julian, it wasn't actually that bad on the axle stands as it was a nice working height. I did have a lift there (on the left in some of the pictures) but I couldn't occupy it as someone else may have needed it.

I still have the old engine and am looking to take it apart and sell what ever I can to try and recuperate some of the out lay.

I think it probably had a little work done but not bottom end work.

I dont think it helped with some fairly "High speed" runs it had before hand..... If only John could post the pic he took a few ours before the "big bang"!....
