Slight Oil Leak!

Well I bought a cerb this afternoon, a Speed 6 - thanks to everyone for answering all of my questions over the past few weeks! I parked up on the drive about an hour ago, but when I went to move the car for my girlfriend I noticed there was a small patch of oil where the car had been. Ive just got underneath and put some clean kitchentowel under it to try and locate it, but the drip actually seems to be coming from the undertray, a couple of feet back from the engine bay - I guess it's running along and then dripping off. Any thoughts of where I should be looking first?!

Crank oil seal in the timing cover is a common oil leak. Or check around the cam covers.

Cheers mate - I've also read that the oil pressure sender can leak, mounted on the wing? That would be around the right place at a guess - I'll have to get the airbox off and have a good look, hopefully it'll be something fairly easy! Do you/does anyone happen to know how to get the S6 airbox off - I found a picture/instructions for the tuscan but mine is different.

Haha cheers mate - thanks for your helpful replies to my questions! Unfortunately I've now parked her up in my garage and will be away from her until Thursday! Already got a few bits to sort - oil leak, speedo not working (bought new sender today), missing ciggy lighter (needed for sat nav etc). Will hopefully sort those next weekend (any tips?!) and then get some quotes for a few bits of bodywork!

Oil Pressure sender would be the first place I would check.

Thanks mate - think that's the first place to check. I realise now that I posted that in my excitement of buying the car - no one can tell me where a bloody oil leak is without me taking the airbox off and having a look!
