Hi,
Just popped over from the Tuscan forum for some answers please, as i'm thinking of (this will upset a few tuscan pilots
) 'upgrading' to a Cerbera. What exactly has the Red Rose got over standard, and what about the Lightweight...how much lighter and where have they saved the weight, i.e. is there less equipment?

The lightweight is a myth. LW maybe stands for larger windscreen? All 4.5's post 2000 are LW. This means different lights (that later are faired in), Tuscan seats, spider wheels, 'tank' rear lights and eventually an angled rear plate. Oh and a smaller front roll bar.
Beneath the skin there are changes too - the later the cerb the more 'improvements' and so the more solid and better the car is (IMHO)
The Red Rose is a different ecu map and some head mods. A standard 4.5 is about 380 bhp whereas my Red Rose is 415ish. A remapped standard car will be nearer the 415 and a remapped Red Rose COULD go as high as 440.
The later 4.2s have 4.5 blocks.
The S6's didnt fully adopt the lightweight look as quickly and so had the later seats etc but didnt move away from the old 'MG' style lights until much later. AFAIK.
I guess it depends on your budget. Find a 'known' car that has plenty spent on it recently and enjoy. Dont be conned by low mileage or shiney cars at dealers or pathetic warranties.

The bonnet is different underneath, whether it's lighter or not?
The boot lid is lighter.
There are no sun visors.
Tuscan seats? Although I think these were on all post 2000 cars.
Trouble is, they put these lighter bits on, then used more glue to hold it together
