Hazard lights help

Car failed Mot on no hazard lights today.

I reckon I've found the culprit, the cable from the stalk switch to the indicator cancellation pcb has melted/ worn through/ etc. See photo.

Have took the dash binnacle and underneath off to find where this little PCB lives, but I'm unsure.

Can anyone help???

Brilliant.

Managed to locate the 4 pin connector on the PCB and have run some car audio cable through the stalk.

Works OK, so just need to tidy it all up.
