ACT exhausts - top customer service

OK, so I often sing the praises of ACT exhaust systems as I like mine for the light weight, size (no huge box causing clearance problems at the rear) and in my case noise levels and sound quality.
However, twice this year I've had an issue with a weld cracking on the centre pipes, at the join where it clears the rear anti roll bar. It sheared straight through leaving me with a very loud car that exploded on the over run (ok that sounded good!).
The first time was just before Christmas, but Tim responded from his holiday abroad within hours and the centre section was returned and repaired. I'd had the system on the car for about 18 months and offered to pay for new centre pipes but Tim handled it all.
A couple of weeks ago the same weld cracked again, again sheering all the way through. Not only did Tim react within an hour of my email, but he also got the design changed so instead of a welded section, it's now a smooth, flowing bend and no join and he had this delivered to my indy in double quick time.
Top work from ACT and reinforces my recommendation of their products.

Which exhaust in particular is it? ACT seem to offer quite a few. What dB are you looking at with it fitted?

I've got their quiet system. Decatted it's 106db at 4.5k revs as tested at various trackdays (I bolt their trackday silencers on to get it down to 96-98db). It looks like this one http://www.actproducts.co.uk/shop/sj10c42-cerbera-... only mines a 2" bore. If I was to buy one now it would be this one.Which exhaust in particular is it?
