Setting up the throttles, run out of adjustment on 1357

Hello everyone,

Spent a fair amount of time trying to set the throttles up today.

The drivers side bank, (2468) is spot on with the typical 15% with the butterflies shut then open them up to 19.4%.

Really struggling with the passenger side bank (1357) where we have run out of adjustment on the pot (low side).

So, at the moment I need the butterflies to open more (which I can do) and the pot less (can't do as it is fully to the right).

Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions very welcome!

We've got a hunting idle of 1150 at the moment but it was still great to have a little drive round the estate and remember the feel .

I'd swap pots over to see if you the problem switches side or not

Take a needle file to the holes in the throttle pot that the bolts go through. Some seem to have more movement than others.
