Its the Octane swith on the Cerb LW RR.

Right, no knock sensor, so if you put 95 in you have to get it to back off the ignition advance. I measured the effect with the laptop once, was definitely significant but I can't remember what. However, on the one time I *had* to refill with 95 it ran like crap anyway.

Don't worry about it, that button also retards the ignition (ask TVR ), so you'd be able to keep up even though it's blue....
