I'm on the lookout as well. Central TVR don't have any and have none in the pipeline.
I need to replace all 4 tyres, so now seems the perfect time to upgrade.

When I was looking I narrowed it down to 4 choices:

1) New - expensive
2) Central TVR - no stock
3) There was a set (6 actually) which required reconditioning being sold by a bodyshop (can't remember the details but I'm sure someone will fill them in as I found out about them on here). They were prepared to recondition the wheels but didn't have any tyres. I've got a txt from his so if you want his number, mail me.
4) The set I got (at a good price, with tyres )

Both of my front Spider 18" are buckled due to a pot hole - which I am claiming against the Council for. The dealer tells me they have gone up in price to £195 each + VAT + Fitting etc.
I also need 2 tyres 225 x 35 at the same time, so would consider mail order if not local to me.

Anyone know if this is the best price I can get them for?

Sounds pricey, I was quoted 135+ (or was it 145+) from Harrogate Horseless Carriages, and they were ordering a load of them - give them a call, nice blokes and very helpful. As for tyres, I found www.mytyres.net (or something similar) to be the cheapest, followed by www.blackcircles.co.uk (who deliver to a local fitter for you).
