Tips for removing rocker cover

Trying to get the rocker cover off and cannot for the life of me remove it. It is completely stuck down with silicon and I cannot budge it, there seems to be no points to lever it. Any tips?

Try giving it a tap with a rubber mallet from side to side, I haven't done the job so can't say it would work but might be worth a try

Tried the tapping with a rubber mallet, don't want to hit it to hard for risk of cracking. It already has one and hence the reason I am taking it off. Need to get it off tonight so if anyone has any other tips.

Hi Dylan - it's a thin bead of HT Silicone, just slide a stanley knife around the perimiter.
