Can anyone tell me what this pipe is?

The next one is - if it's randomly worked itself off and was disconnected, how concerned should I be?

It's crankase Oil breather hose, it should be connected to the underside of the Air box - nothing to worry about.

Crank breather pipe - no major concern, likely to have "breathed" oily gunk all over the place though...

There was indeed some gunk on a cover - not too much.

Tightened the jubilee and away we go

Slightly off topic, but can anyone think of a reason why this would have a twist put in it? I'm guessing to reduce the amount of oil reaching the air box, but is it a well known "fix"?

That fuel pipe looks way too close to the tensioner wheel driven by the
AC belt. Maybe it's the camera angle, maybe I'm just paranoid, as I had
the same belt slice through the same pipe on trackday.
