i was just wondering how fast you have had your cerb 4.2 or 4.5 with out major mods,
legally we are all just wishing!

ive done 170 in a 4.2 on the clock , just back from austecs so should be better will try soon

I chased a 911 TT once in my last 4.5 cerb (on private test track of course) and hit 185 indicated.

i've had seventy out of mine a the M1! (4.2)
my chim did 185 on the clock on a race track near the A1 some years back (4.0) but fear the speado was a little (lot) out
does a rolling road speed count?
i fancy having that done

Really it was showing about 187, it's the camera angle, but it was still pulling slowly but Brinters wasn't long enough to keep going.

With an Emerald and shortened intakes and custom exhaust plus a good rolling road session with Dave Walker I did a GPS 195MPH on the A1 (Germany that is!) and an indicated 205 ish on the speedo. Held it for about 2 minutes but then noticed the rate at which the fuel gauge was dropping and shat myself! Also was running 100 octane fuel as I filled up in the Netherlands where you can actually get such stuff. I reckon there may be a bit more to be had as we were two up with luggage.

Nope, it would take more luggage than can be shoved in Cerbera boot to outweigh me. I'm "a-round" 18 stone. I won't post up my wifes statistics on the internet, that could prove painful if she ever read this.

had my bro in the car last weekend, he's a trim 21 stone. We found out why you're not supposed to fit 255/35/18 tyres....

With all that HP you need some lard in the drivers seat to get traction so what you lose at the top end you gain at the bottom, carry on pie munching, at least we have the strength to steer the damn things and work the clutch. I've seen some folks driving them that you would swear would snap a leg before getting the clutch to disengage.

I hit 160 MPH on the Autobahn yesterday with a rebuilt Red Rose S6. I was chasing a new Z4 (must have had a V8 engine), who faded at around 150 (I'm assuming this car has a limiter).

Have to say, whilst the car was very solid, I was not.

How do you guys put up with the wind noise above 90mph?! Feels like my windows are going to cave in or the doors fall off LOL
