Tuscan to Cerb 4.2 or 4.5?

Just sold my Tuscan and decided on a Cerb. 4.5's seem to command a higher price. Is it justified or is the 4.2 just as good?

Yes just as good. End of story.

There are a number of examples of well sorted 4.2's putting out much more power than the 5.5's - just look at the Cerbera Power list to check.

From the factory the 4.5's seem to have poor mapping - a reputable Cerbera / TVR expert with rolling road should be able to resolve this.

Out of interest, may i ask what made you swap?

Now questioning my sanity, but needed to free up some cash and decided a Cerb would be the next best bet. Hope I dont live to regret it.

On a different note, there seem to be several very nice looking Cerb speed sixes around at the moment..are they really that bad?

You just had a Tuscan and how bad was that same engine etc etc.

However you have just had a Speed Six so why not try a V8.

PS your more than welcome to have a go in mine if it will help make your mind up
